Who can join the referral programme?
Any active BolixAI customer on a paid Starter, Growth, or Pro plan. You must have an active subscription at the time of payout.
How is the 20% reward calculated?
You earn 20% of your referral's first month's subscription payment. For example, if they subscribe to the Growth plan at $299/mo, you earn $60. This is a one-time reward — there are no recurring payments.
What is the maximum number of referrals?
You can refer a maximum of 20 businesses through this programme. Once you reach 20 successful referrals, your referral link is deactivated. Contact us at referrals@BolixAI.com if you want to discuss a custom partnership arrangement.
How are rewards paid out?
Rewards are paid via Razorpay Payouts / direct bank payout within 7 business days of the referral's first successful payment.
What counts as a qualified referral?
A referral is qualified when: (1) they sign up using your unique referral link, and (2) they make their first paid subscription payment. Self-referrals and referrals from the same company are not eligible.
Are referral rewards taxable?
Referral rewards may be taxable depending on your jurisdiction. India-based referrers receive a TDS certificate (Form 16A) for cumulative rewards exceeding ₹30,000 in a financial year. International referrers are responsible for reporting income per local tax law. Please consult your tax advisor.
Can I refer someone already on BolixAI?
No. Rewards apply only to new customers who have never previously had a BolixAI account.
What if my referral upgrades their plan?
The reward is based on the plan they subscribe to at the time of their first payment. If they upgrade later, no additional reward is issued — the one-time reward has already been paid.
